Our Farm / Masseria is located on a small hill from which you have a panoramic view of our small town which is Presicce (Lecce), which has earned the label of One of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, together with Specchia, the city next to it. . Thanks to the high position, you always enjoy fresh air and natural ventilation, which gives relief when the heat suffocates you in the village. We are totally immersed in nature, and in the total silence that surrounds it, in fact our Masseria is suitable for those who seek maximum relaxation in a characteristic and rural place. Managed in a simple, informal and family-friendly way, we are available for any suggestions on the area and events, as well as indicating affiliated restaurants and bathing establishments chosen for you among the best in the area. We do not have internal catering, and the Masseria can accommodate up to 20 people. We have accommodations in double or triple Junior Suites, with breakfast service, daily cleaning (except Sundays), linen change every 3 days. We also have Lodges (apartments with kitchen) for 4/5 people or double, which do not include breakfast or daily cleaning, but are equipped with linen, kitchen with all the necessary cookware, and also include final cleaning. Both the Junior Suites and the Lodges are all equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, private bathroom with shower with crystal box, and all our guests can use the swimming pool, shaded parking, wifi in the outdoor areas included in the price. Towels for the swimming pool or for the sea are not provided, which remain the responsibility of the guests, and the bed linen cannot be used for this purpose. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to enter other unregistered people, and pets are not allowed. You cannot smoke in the room, the swimming pool is subject to opening and closing times and diving is forbidden, breakfast must be consumed in the breakfast area and is served from 8 to 10. Also important is the check-in time, which CANNOT be before 4pm and it is NOT possible to arrive earlier to leave luggage. These are small rules that must be respected for the harmony and quiet that you too can live once you arrive.
